Terms of Service

Effective date: 17 November 2025

1) About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of our website and the supply of drainage services by Anytime Drain Solutions (“we”, “us”). By using our site, requesting a quote, booking a visit, or accepting a job, you agree to these Terms.

Our services include, among others, drain clearing/unblocking, CCTV drainage surveys, drain repairs, drain lining/patching, root removal, drain installations/groundworks, soakaway installations, and planned maintenance (PPMs). Service details are described on our website.

2) Use of the site

  • You may use the site to learn about our services, request quotes, and contact us.
  • Do not misuse the site (for example by introducing malware, scraping, attempting unauthorised access, or infringing intellectual property).
  • We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

3) Quotes, pricing, and service agreements

Enquiries and surveys. We provide estimates based on the information available. In many cases a site visit or CCTV survey is required to confirm the cause of an issue and the scope of any remedial works.

Quotes. A written quote will state the scope of works, assumptions (e.g., access to manholes, pipe sizes/runs), any exclusions, and pricing. Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for a limited time and may need revision if conditions or material costs change.

Variations. If hidden defects, obstructions, collapsed sections, or other conditions are discovered, we will discuss options and pricing before proceeding. Extra works require your approval (email/text/signature is acceptable).

Call‑outs and cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us as soon as possible. For short‑notice cancellations or wasted visits (e.g., no access), we may charge a reasonable call‑out or abortive visit fee reflecting time and travel.

Consumer cancellation rights. If you are a consumer booking services remotely, you may have a legal cooling‑off period. If you ask us to attend urgently or to start work during that period, you acknowledge we may charge for work performed up to cancellation and that the right to cancel may not apply once the service is fully performed.

Payment. Payment terms will be stated on your invoice/quote. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due upon completion of the visit/works. For larger works we may require a deposit or staged payments. We may charge lawful interest/late fees on overdue amounts and withhold reports or completion certificates until payment is received. Title to supplied parts/materials remains with Anytime Drain Solutions until full payment.

4) Customer responsibilities (access, safety, and information)

  • Provide safe, reasonable access to the property, drains, and fixtures; secure any permits/permissions needed.
  • Tell us about known hazards (e.g., asbestos, electrical hazards, chemicals, fragile covers) and the location of buried services where known.
  • Remove or move items that block access (e.g., furniture, decking, planters) unless our quote includes making access.
  • Ensure a responsible adult is present to authorise works at domestic properties.
  • Do not dispose of prohibited materials into the drainage system (e.g., cement, solvent waste, fats in bulk quantities), which can cause blockages or damage.

If we consider a situation unsafe, we may suspend work until hazards are addressed.

5) Deliverables and reports (including CCTV surveys)

Where applicable, we may supply a CCTV survey report, footage, photos, drawings, or recommendations. These are diagnostic records based on conditions observed and access achieved at the time; they are not a structural guarantee of the entire system. Recommendations are made in good faith; responsibility for decisions (e.g., purchase/sale of property) remains with you.

6) Warranties and workmanship

Any warranty/guarantee will be stated on your quote or invoice and may vary by service and materials (for example, relining vs. mechanical unblocking). Warranties do not cover re‑occurrence due to misuse, foreign objects, structural movement, tree root regrowth, or issues outside the quoted scope. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7) Intellectual property

The site and its content, including logos, text, graphics, and report templates, are owned by Anytime Drain solutions or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse site content without permission. For deliverables provided to you (e.g., survey reports), we grant you a non‑exclusive licence to use them for managing or selling the relevant property; you may not publish our materials for marketing or training without permission.

8) Service disclaimers

Drainage systems can be affected by pre‑existing defects, poor falls, damaged pipework, foreign objects, or ground movement. Mechanical unblocking clears immediate obstructions but does not guarantee against future blockages if underlying defects remain. Where excavation/lining/patching is recommended, we will explain options and limitations.

If access requires lifting covers, removing sections of pipe or fixtures, or minor making‑good, we will carry out such work carefully and as scoped in the quote. Unless expressly included, full reinstatement, decoration, or landscaping is excluded.

9) Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

Subject to the above:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the price you paid for the relevant services, except where the law requires a higher amount.
  • We are not responsible for pre‑existing faults, for damage caused by defective or fragile infrastructure, or for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (see Section 11).

Your statutory rights (including consumer rights) remain unaffected.

10) Third‑party links and tools

Our site may include links or embedded content (e.g., maps). We are not responsible for third‑party sites or their content or policies.

11) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, utility failures, accidents, or supplier issues). We will resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version posted on our website at the time of booking/acceptance will apply to your order unless we agree otherwise in writing.

13) Governing law

These Terms and any non‑contractual obligations arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere may have the benefit of mandatory consumer protections in their place of residence.
