We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. Where we process data on behalf of a business client (e.g., a facilities manager), we may also act as a processor for specific tasks under that client’s instructions.

We only collect information needed to provide quotes, schedule and carry out works, issue reports, and manage our relationship with you.

Identity & contact details
Name, company name, role, email, phone numbers, billing and service addresses.

Property & job information
Access notes, manhole locations, drainage layout information, photos taken on site, and CCTV drainage survey footage/reports created during diagnostic work.

Transaction & account records
Quotes, invoices, purchase orders, job sheets, warranties/guarantees, payment method details (e.g., card receipt information handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).

Communications
Enquiry forms, emails, phone call details/voicemails, and feedback you send us.

Website and device data
IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies (see Section 4). If we embed maps (e.g., to show our service area), the map provider may receive your IP/device data.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g., health data). Please do not include such information in enquiry forms.

6) Third‑party sharing and service providers

We share personal data only when necessary:

  • Engineers and vetted subcontractors who attend your site and perform specialist tasks (e.g., lining or excavation).
  • Operational vendors, such as website hosting, email, cloud storage, analytics, mapping, payment processing, accounting/CRM, and document delivery tools.
  • Professional advisers (accountants, legal), insurers, and authorities when required by law.
  • Business transfers if we restructure, merge, or sell part of our business.

All vendors are bound by contracts requiring appropriate safeguards. We do not permit vendors to use your data for their own marketing.
